  I highly recommend Absolutely Floored for any flooring project. We recently purchased a home and wanted to replace the carpets with laminate flooring, and the entire experience was so wonderful from start to finish. JD was fantastic to work with. He took the time to walk me through the different flooring options, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the perfect fit for our home. The installation was completed efficiently, and the work was outstanding. The installer paid great attention to detail, and the finished floors look amazing. We’re so happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the entire Absolutely Floored team to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service.

  I honestly can't recommend Absolutely Floored enough. Stop thinking, just go see them! I was one of those customers who needed laminate for the next day - not exactly an easy request. Their competitor, Exclusive Flooring, basically laughed in my face when I asked if there was any way they could help. Their only suggestion was, "Try Home Depot." Then I randomly found Absolutely Floored, (just seven minutes away from their competitors). I called, and the difference was obvious from the first few seconds! JD simply said, "Come over, and I'll see what I can do." When I arrived, he was already thinking of solutions. He was even willing to sell me someone else's order if I'll like the color(since they weren't picking it up until the following week) and reorder it for them later. That's the kind of customer service you just don't see anymore! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Miss Lucy—the fluffy boss of the store. She stayed nearby throughout the whole process, making sure everything was running smoothly. I can't say whether she officially supervises the team, but she definitely takes her job seriously by keeping you calm and happy. JD and at least half of team went above and beyond to help me. They made what seemed impossible possible, and they genuinely made me feel like my problem mattered. I left with exactly what I needed and a reminder that exceptional customer service still exists! Thank you, JD for caring and your hard work. Thank you Steve (?) for keeping me entertained while I was waiting for my contractor: Спасибо и удачи! And of course, Miss Lucy - for being there and emotional support. You've definitely earned a loyal customer!

  We had our stair carpet replaced by Absolutely Floored last week, and are very happy with the results. Their pricing was very competitive, communication was excellent, and the installation team was professional, efficient, and left everything clean. The new carpet looks great! Highly recommended! We would definitely use them again.
