I had a bidder come in and look at my situation -- that side of the process was good enough (note they didn't take off their shoes while walking through my house); the execution of the task was ok in terms of getting the electricity sorted but, the electrician came unprepared, called out last minute and needed repeated guidance. Finally the work quoted was note completed and I had to go through a long call with the manager. There was a *slight* reduction in the bid but in no way covered my additional costs. I will not use them again, but I must emphasize that their work was to code and good. Their service, polish and communication was not good enough. I
