  I have had the pleasure of working with Inspired Architecture Inc. on several projects, ranging from smaller home renovations to a high-end custom residence on the North Shore. Every project has reinforced my confidence in their team and the quality of their work. What sets Inspired Architecture apart is their ability to guide a project seamlessly from the initial consultation and planning stages through design, permitting, and construction support. Their attention to detail and commitment to the client's vision make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. One of their greatest strengths is space planning. They have an exceptional ability to maximize the use of every square foot while creating homes that feel open, functional, and beautifully connected. The layouts are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly practical for everyday living. Their involvement doesn't stop once the drawings are complete. They work closely with contractors throughout construction, providing guidance and helping resolve challenges as they arise, including details related to the final finishes. This level of support makes a significant difference in the quality of the finished product. Another area where they truly excel is their knowledge of municipal bylaws, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements. Their familiarity with local codes has consistently resulted in permit applications receiving very few, if any, comments from municipalities, saving considerable time during the approval process. One project we completed outside Metro Vancouver was particularly impressive. Despite it being Inspired Architecture's first project with that municipality, the city returned the architectural submission with zero comments, and the municipal staff even remarked that it was one of the very few projects they had seen receive no comments during the review process. If I had to summarize Inspired Architecture in one sentence, it would be this: They are highly experienced and well equipped to deliver complex, high-quality projects, yet small enough to remain responsive, accessible, and genuinely invested in their clients' success. I would not hesitate to recommend Inspired Architecture Inc. to anyone looking for an experienced, creative, and highly professional architectural team.

  I have the pleasure of working with Mr. Farbehi at Inspired Architecture. He's very experienced and knowledgeable. His oriented-solution nature helped us a lot in our ongoing project in Edgmont, and he is up to date with all the latest city requisitions. Mr. Farbehi can handle feedback incredibly professionally to meet clients' needs. Inspired Architecture is an excellent choice if you want to get the most efficient building design without sacrificing beauty. I strongly recommend him and very much look forward to our next project collaboration!

  Inspired Architecture is a talented and dedicated professional firm who is providing architectural service for our two side by side residential project. During design process, they patiently spent time with us, going through our needs and proposed several creative design options while at the same time being mindful on cost, schedule, quality and market demands. They manage to overcome serval lot changes with their creative design which majorly improved project outcome. After selecting preferred option, they have gone through several fine tuning revisions and openly explained why some of our needs are over and above market requirement. They are easy to access, always maintained very good relationship with us and created a welcoming environment for open communication.

  I am very happy with Inspired Architecture. They are no ordinary team as they listen to your input and spend a lot of time with you however I would leave most of the work to them as they are very creative and practical with their designs.My building is under construction now ( 1863 Inglewood Ave, West Vancouver) feel free to take a look if you are interested. For this house Amir gave me more than several design options which I chose his favourite as I trusted his Instinct. 10/10
