  Alicia attended our house promptly today to deal with a plumbing issue with a downstairs toilet and I was very impressed with her work, explanation and recommendations going forward, she was able to diagnose the problem and the cause. The remedy worked out well and she was professional and very courteous. A detailed report was provided by emaiI. I would highly recommend Alicia and Roto Rooter going forward. 👍👏👏
