  My wife (Peggy) and I recently had window blinds (from Budget Blinds, Ladysmith, BC) installed in our home by Steve & Richard who did a terrific job for us. They were very professional throughout completing our 6 window project in barely 1 hours time while not leaving a speck of debris behind. Thanks a lot guys!!!

  Phoned to arrange to have my blinds replaced. The lady on the phone was rude and made me feel like a huge inconvenience. She had a sharpe tone and genuinely seemed annoyed to be talking to me.
