  Unfortunately we had a terrible experience that left us with extra expense and an unfinished job. The installer only did a portion of the job and installed a poor quality board despite there being ample material available and then had the finishing team come in. This was despite us specifically reminding them that we needed to see the finished job before the finishers came in. When I contacted the owner to summarize the issues and suggest an action plan he chastised me for texting their work phone on a Sunday, told me his team shouldn’t have had to coordinated the finishers (it didn’t come up as an issue at all during the job) and even tried to guilt trip me by sharing personal information about his employee. It was one of the most unprofessional exchanges I’ve ever had. And the owner wasn’t even directly involved with the job and hadn’t even seen how poorly the job was done. Express walked away leaving us with a bit of a mess and a bill to pay the finishers who they had coordinated and who had sealed their poor job. Sucks for our family so much.

  An amazing store with incredible selection- staff are so helpful. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Kelowna

  Hired them to lay carpet In entire house , damaged the tile around the fireplace with a tool of some kind. When asked about it they said to just put nail polish on it. Removed old linoleum from laundry and installed new linoleum with out applying any glue to hold it down, just silicone around the base cabinets

  Lots of in stock flooring and tile in a large showroom. The staff is extra friendly and willing to help. You can tell it’s a family business with folks that care about service! Their installers are top notch, Ken and Vince are excellent!

  We just moved into our new home and Dustin at Express Floors made the flooring process the easiest part of the whole move! He was incredibly helpful in picking out the right style and made sure everything went smoothly. We love our new floors thanks, Dustin!
