  I had Roto-Rooter come out do a drain cleaning for me. I always get roots in it. Whatever they did didn't last too long.. the boss called me told me he was sending me one of his specialists and drains. So Tyler showed up today. He did an awesome job really quickly. Even took a camera told me and showed me where along the pipeline it was. I thought I was going to have to replace my whole sewer line but judging by what he showed me get away with doing a routine clean out occasionally... Or just fixing a small section of pipe that's not very far down in the ground. I'm really happy with what was done today. And really happy how the owner dealt with the issue of it not being completed to my satisfaction in the beginning. It's good to have a company with a proactive manager like that and staff that are pushing to please. Thanks again guys.

  Noticed a suspected sewage leak in my yard so called to get a technician out. Appointment was made for the following morning at 9 am. On the morning of the appointment, at 830 am, I get a call saying that the technician is responding to an "emergency call" and will be late. When i asked how late, the receptionist said maybe 11. Glad to know that a sewage issue isn't an "emergency". Called another company and they responded promptly. Will be glancing over Roto Rooter if we ever need any more work done.

  Absolute scammers, came to my house replaced something that they didn’t even ask approval for sent me a ridiculous bill, which in the end they did end up discounting by quite a lot, but they didn’t even fix the issue. My own tenant went to Home Depot bought some caulking and grout and fixed the leak, do not use these people. They will rip you off threaten to send your bill to collections. Just a brutal overall company. Now I see the reply that they are the best in town, what a joke, if you call them just set your money on fire. My tenant at my rental property had absolutely nothing to do with this, you had my direct number, you never called me for approval or what needed to be done, I say biggest scammers in town!!! Go with Fox and Sons never rip you off and come out for free. $260 and you did absolutely nothing!

  Great service. Arrived within the time frame. Tyler was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. “Diagnosed” our problem, solved it then stayed to confirm we were all clear. Our house is “complicated”, Tyler managed to fix the problem without a glitch.
