  We couldn’t be happier with our experience having our heat pump installed! From the very beginning, Simon was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick to respond. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the whole process easy and reassuring. The installation was arranged quickly, and the two installers were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and did a great job. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new heat pump or with the service we received from Rapid Cool. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and friendly HVAC team!

  We had Will come out on a Friday the same day we called as our AC wasn’t cooling. The service was prompt, and Will was able to give me added information on the heating and cooling system of my new property, and fix this issue in less that 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
