Steve was knowledgeable about all types of floors and spent a lot of time going over our options and explaining all the pros and cons. We had a budget and Steve was able to provide a few choices in our budget and then let us decide what we were comfortable with. We did purchase in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic so there was a few delays in delivery but we were updated the whole time and our flooring came in when we needed it to. We opted to have our carpet installed by Bridgeport and the installer was prompt and professional and did an excellent job. We installed the LVP ourselves and Steve provided all the help we needed to be successful at the project. I would 100% recommend Bridgeport to anyone in the market for flooring!
