It turned out Mike had actually done the original installation, which was incredibly helpful. He was very forthcoming with every detail about the system, explained the remote settings and operation clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. The office staff was also excellent — the person who took my call was knowledgeable and very upfront about pricing, which I really appreciated. Mike was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and customer service these days. I would absolutely recommend Exchangenergy and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The tech did a good job explaining the issues, contacted Carrier as the unit did not show codes. The unit would to expensive to fix. They gave us a great deal, upgrading to a new way bigger unit with a second head in the basement, that was desperately needed. The installation was top notch. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I Highly recommend Exchangenergy!
