  My brother I both used them for separate houses. Would pick them every time. Great and respectful people all around from sales, customer service, installers, etc. The work looks really good and clean. Hired a great electrician team for my 200amp upgrade and such. They install Hisense which makes great products. Glad I went with them.

  Nothing but positive things to say about the service provided by the team at exchangenergy. From scheduling our initial assessment right through to completion of our Quilt heat pump installation, we were always well informed on scheduling and addressing any concerns that may have come up. It’s not always easy having people working in your home but these guys were always polite, respectful (and I’m pretty sure the cat and dog were sorry to see them go. ). Definitely would recommend this company.

  The service was amazing. They were prompt, the communication was excellent and they fixed my heat pump! The service was much better than 3 other local heat pump companies I’ve used in the past. I’ll be sticking with exchange energy in the future

  We had an excellent experience with this HVAC company and highly recommend them. After receiving quotes from four different highly rated HVAC companies, this company offered the best value 💰. Their quote was approximately $3,000–$6,000 lower than the competitors we considered, while also providing the longest warranty coverage for both labor and parts. The customer service was outstanding. Geoff responded quickly to our questions, provided solutions promptly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Communication was always professional, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you to the installation team — Jun, Louis, and Nick 🎊🎊🎊. Our slim duct system required a significant amount of work in a very crowded attic, which could not have been an easy job. The technicians worked incredibly hard under challenging conditions and were always professional, courteous, and willing to answer our questions. We were impressed by their attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right. Their hard work played a big part in the excellent final result. It was obvious that they cared about quality workmanship rather than simply finishing the job as quickly as possible. One thing we particularly appreciated was that the company helped us find the right system for our needs. We did not like the appearance of wall-mounted indoor units throughout our home, so we chose a Fujitsu slim duct system. The result has been fantastic. The system is remarkably quiet, provides efficient heating and cooling, and the ceiling outlets are discreet round diffusers that blend into the home without taking up valuable wall space. From the office staff to the technicians on-site, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Great pricing, excellent warranty coverage, outstanding customer service, and a high-quality installation. We are extremely happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering a heat pump or HVAC upgrade. 👍👍👍

  I would highly recommend this company from the our initial introduction to this company, we have been treated with kindness and respect. Our first meeting was with James very professional and knowledgeable. Then there was Rob, great communicater. During the installation we were introduced to Liam and Tristan first, these guys went above and beyond helping us, as my partner has limited mobility. Then we got to meet Richard and Hunter, these guys did a wonderful job navigating around our crazy household. Then there is Christine, when I needed to answers she was able to help me in her very kind and caring way. I would highly recommend this company in all aspects. The staff, the product and the installation, I cannot say enough good about this company. I called them on a recommendation from a friend who also dealt with them. Great customer service.
