I have never experienced such aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional communication from a service manager in my life. Instead of treating a customer with professionalism, I received emails written in an intimidating tone, with capital letters practically yelling at me, constant pressure during negotiations, and threats to leave my truck outside with the keys on the wheel if I did not respond by a specific time. At one point, I was literally sent a giant message saying “THIS TRUCK WILL NOT BE READY BY MONDAY” in huge red capital letters, as if I was being scolded instead of helped as a paying customer. The delivery dates changed multiple times, the communication was hostile, and the entire experience created unnecessary stress for my business. Mechanical problems and delays can happen. What should NEVER happen is a customer being treated with arrogance, intimidation, and complete lack of respect. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Gave me the middle finger when I honked at him when he almost hit my car by merging into my lane without using turn signal (only turned on his signal when he was already in my lane). Watch out for this company when driving next to them or you may end up having your car hit. And from looking at some of the reviews regarding some drivers I am not surprised since this is not the first report of bad driving from this company.
