For example, they quoted $660 just to change a wax ring and $2,400 for a new toilet. I checked with other local competitors, and they typically charge around $50 for a wax ring and $200 for a toilet installation. Beyond the pricing, the technician seemed to have very little training and was unable to explain the high costs or the technical side of the job clearly. It felt like they were sending out inexperienced staff while charging premium, high-end prices, $1700 for a new sink faucet, $1200 to unclog a toilet drain and a call out fee $200. I would highly recommend getting a second or third quote before agreeing to any work with this company. Always check other platforms for more consistent feedback before booking
