  Joban was excellent. He attended to us urgently, after hours and was highly knowledgeable and very skilled. He explained the process of fixing our sink blockage and provided all options for tackling the problem. He was able to solve the main blockage and gave recommendations for suitable long term upgrades. Fantastic service. Thank you

  They notifies me as when they would be hare and were right on time. The estimate was provided on the spot and the work was completed not long after acceptance. Chris did a great job on the installation, checked and re checked to make sure everything was as it should be before he left. Very happy with the job.

  Our hot water tank failed in the middle of the night and in the morning we called a few places to see who could come and service. Most places were booked out into the next week, but this business was available same day, which was really awesome. When the technician came out and assessed, he came up with a quote And asked for a 50% deposit. I knew I would put it on credit card and I was informed that there would be a 3% transaction fee. I was also verbally confirmed that if the landlord decided not to go with the service that my deposit would be fully refunded. The very next day I requested a full refund and was greeted with a prompt response and quick processing of the refund, Minus the 3%. I am impressed with the professionalism I experienced and will definitely be using this company in the future.

  Thank you for repairing my leaky bath, and un clogging all my blocked drains. You turned up on time, was polite and efficient. You ordered and replaced both my toilets and left everything clean and tidy. You were all great. Good job.
