They deliberately keep the elevator broken for months on end to pressure the building into buying a brand-new one. They agreed to service calls and then never showed up. The fact that this sleazy outfit is still in business is a proof that both the company and the whole industry are rotten to the core.

I recently moved into a 40 story apartment with 3 TK elevators. In my 4 months of living here, 2 have been broken on and off consistently throughout the past. One elevator for a 40 story building with seniors living inside is a safety hazard and a serious problem. What are we doing guys? Terrible company.

When called to let them know the fix didn’t work, they said they can’t come out until the following week. We have elderly and disabled people in our building who can’t go down five flights of stairs, and these guys are in no rush. I have no idea how they’re staying in business
