They leave their hands with grease in the walls, elevator doors etc. The most important of all thing is since this guys service our elevators they've never worked properly and keep braking every other week! Unfortunately there's not many elevator companies in town, they have kind of a monopoly but i would definitely stay away from this one

This guy blocked anyone from using the passing lane on the Pitt river bridge, tailgated me, and even followed me right through a 4 way stop, even though another car was waiting to go after me. 3 traffic violations in less than 10 minutes. And he didn’t seem very emotionally stable either. Where do you find these losers?

So together, it will probably take over 1.5 months. Horrible efficiency. Now our building will rely on 2 elevators for over 400 units. Where is the German efficiency standards?
