  Can be substantiated with hard evidence. Didn’t pick them the strata council did. Why on earth pick a servicer with not even 2.5 stars as per these ratings and how are we not surprised this review, based on experience and evidence, falls in line with the overall poor ratings others express. This is the company - fact checked. Was to be two full days of servicing carpets and hard floor corridors/ plus lobby. SM C did not complete the job second day claiming via our property mgr, their “technical” issue (where is your back up?) in an official memo published. Their published reschedule date - it either didn’t happen (but based on additional intel it reveals SM C did attend for completion of the hard surface portions and this can be audited with cameras as required.)… or it did, but the results of these hard surfaces are profoundly shocking. Furthermore photos before the service date reveal same as post service. How can that be? It can only be explained as deception for work not adequately rendered notwithstanding questionable advertising …OR so clueless in cleaning, checks and balances for tech accountability alongside quality standards that client support is not deserved and this fair review is warranted. I want a refund for the portion we pay to support these services. See photos. Lots of video too with dateline. Just because a council selects you does not mean clients (who pay and reside in filth) don’t have a voice or referral power. The fact this aftermath is happening in the first place and this we may come back …after what …being caught? Doesn’t erase ..why did this happen in the first place.

  We have been using ServiceMaster for our office for over a year and a half now and are pleased with service change. Jon Dao is very organized and regularly provides reminders and updates which help keep us on track. If we have any special requests, Jon is quick to respond and happy to oblige. We are consistently happy with the quality of their carpet cleaning and highly recommend them to other businesses looking for a good carpet/upholstery cleaner.

  Steve, Jon and their team are fabulous! The last year has seen a lot of set backs, cut backs and chops and changes. The care, professionalism, good grace and humour I have received from ServiceMaster has been second to none. I want to try and remain professional in my review...But also want to say Amazing job guys! This is an ethical company that treats their staff and customers well. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Thanks!

  We've been using ServiceMaster for the last several months to sanitize the common areas in our buildings daily, and we're extremely happy with the service they've been providing for us. We get weekly updates from the technician through our customer service rep, Jon, who is super available when we need to get in touch for any reason. Thanks Jon and Patrick!
