- HHHuiJun 7, 20265.0I am extremely satisfied with the service from Leader Flooring. We replaced the floors in our house two months ago. Before choosing them, we visited dozens of nearby flooring stores looking for high-quality engineered flooring at a reasonable price, along with good service. We finally picked a color and paid a deposit. However, we changed our minds the very next day because we want to change the color. I spoke with Ersan, the store owner, and he was incredibly understanding and returned our deposit immediately. A few days later, we went back, picked a different color, and placed a new deposit. Ersan then set us up with a fantastic flooring installer named Savas. Savas did an absolutely excellent job! We give Leader Flooring and Savas a 100% score and highly recommend them!

I appreciate their forthcoming and doing their best to fix it. My mother was also happy with the apology and was glad that she could feel comfortable going forward with using their services.
