Pardeep from ServiceMaster Restore Fraser Valley was first on the scene, and we couldn't have been happier to have his guidance through this experience. His knowledge, patience and calmness helped us through the emergency portion of this ordeal, and he continued to be very approachable, informative and someone we knew had our best interests in focus. They have communicated with us throughout the process of getting our place back in shape, and have gone above and beyond in unpacking and resettling us back into our place. Thank you, Matthew Derish, Tanya Davey. Leigh-Anne Hellinger for keeping things on track and keeping us and our insurance adjuster in the loop. Thanks as well to Nancy, Donna, and all the others who packed us up, then cleaned and unpacked after the repairs were done.
