  As someone that was searching for help with carpet repairs, I had the pleasure of meeting Jayme in the process! He did the absolute most to help me in anyway that he could. He came to do measurements, had samples already prepped and ready that he brought with him to help us find the best match.   Exclusive Floors provided us with some amazing service while replacing our flooring. Chris, the salesperson did an excellent job providing us with the quote and lining up the install. Kevin, Ethan and Taylor were outstanding with the removal of the old flooring and then the install. They were careful not to damage the walls and baseboards and their attention to detail was fantastic. Our floors are now properly levelled! We are so pleased we went with Exclusive Floors.

  After my condo’s AC malfunction caused significant floor damage, Cypris Plaza and the Exclusive Floor team consulted on the flooring selection and installation. Exclusive was exemplary throughout the process, and I was especially impressed with Cypris’s professionalism, courtesy, and the quality of the installers’ work. The renovations were completed smoothly, on schedule, and without any complications.
