- LLLoveMar 1, 20261.0Do not go there i went there i told them my refer turned of after 12 hours running after two days she just called me she said we need replace all 4 injectors which cost is $7000 then i said i don’t want then she said if you don’t wanna fix pay $450 diagnose feec i payed then i call to local macanic he said we just need to update software which cost is only $120 we updated the software now my refer is running in good condition since 4 days at -5 Before this i already pay them $3000 for nothing

- CHChris HallApr 16, 20251.0This place flat out ripped me off! Sent a trailer in for no start. They called and said it’s the battery. I told them it was replaced 5 months ago AT A THERMO KING DEALER. They asked for an invoice, then said it will be under warranty. That’s the last contact I had with them. They charged the driver almost $700.00!!!! Didn’t contact me with estimate or any information. Asked driver if he was paying the bill. $700 to swap a battery that’s under warranty!

- BMBryce MarshallAug 2, 20245.0Had a forklift go through the reefer they spent the time getting it fixed and getting it fixed right customer service was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Oh and also had a whole bunch of bulk carrots get shot into the blower motor they cleaned up the whole entire mass and made sure that everything was running properly so I can get back on the road
