  Our experience was horrible. We hired Michael flooring for countertops installation and we picked quartz. Nehad helped us. She sent someone to take measurements to our home. She gave us a quote and we pay the agreed amount. We agreed that we would do the demolition ourselves. When the installer came to the house, he said we needed support bars for the countertops, otherwise, we were risking the quart to eventually break. We met with Nehad and she said that if we wanted the bars, we had to pay extra. She said the quote she gave included us leaving the 21 year old wood frame so they could place the quartz on top of it. The old piece of support was about 4 inches wide, she was planning on placing a brand new, heavy piece of quartz on top of a 21 year old old support wood frame. Not safe and not aesthetically appealing. When we discuss this issue, she refused to eat or share the cost. She said that if we cancel the contract, we had to pay the restocking fee. They failed to inform us ahead of time about all the materials we needed for a professional finish and she made us lay the additional cost. Thanks it counting the installer being often late for measurements and failing to show up to schedule appointments.

  Nicholas was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and patient. We were able to take the samples home and see what they would look like with our lighting. Esteban was also great! He came over to the house on two different occasions to measure additional areas we wanted to get carpet and tile for. Both Nicholas and Esteban have great communication skills. We will continue to go to Michael’s flooring for our carpet and tile needs.

  Very disappointed, I ordered flooring on October 10, 2025, choosing Wingback Brown, but the store entered it as Windsor Brown by mistake. The wrong color materials were picked up from the store and installed by my installer while I wasn’t there. The store admitted the error but only offered 10% store credit and 15% off future orders, which doesn’t resolve the problem. Very disappointed with how this was handled
