  I was extremely pleased with my service from Holders. AJ came on a Sunday (awesome) and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his work. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and he answered everything and knew exactly what he was doing. He also showed me the problem and explained it very well. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I also signed up for a maintenance plan, simply based on this first visit from Holders and the service I received. Nice to be able to leave a great review based upon great service.

  The repair was extremely too expensive. Asking a customer if they want sliver, gold, platinum for an extra $20 monthly payment is price gouging the customer. If my grandson wasn’t spending the weekend with me, I would have told AJ to go pound sand.

  I am submitting a review for Isaiah Lopez a technican from Holders Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. I just purchase a new AC unit to be installed in my home in 2 weeks. This was the most pleasant experience I have had with a sales technician. Isaiah was very professional and explained the details of this project in great detail. On top of all that, he was able to get me a discount for a new American Standard AC unit. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to obtain a fair purchase and installation price. I would highly recommend Isaiah to anyone considering replacing their AC or Heating units. I highly recommend Holders as a reliable company, approved by the BBA.

  I have had some good and bad interactions with holders, but was very impressed with experience with my service agent, Dallas. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel pressured to do anything unnecessary. He was genuine with his input. Highly would recommend having him service your AC/HVAC unit.

  Was pleased with the the way Angel explained the work and the issues happening and his knowledge. Was disappointed at the price of the motor replacement, which came out to $940 if we signed up for the 1 year contract membership, which typical costs are $500-$800 premium for these. Again, not an issue with Angel, just disappointed at that. Couldn't do the tune up or more into detail diagnostic because of the motor not working.
