Didn't allow me to speak to a Manager since this company has not repaired my GE washer, only keeps collecting funds from me without repairing the washer. When I first scheduled the repair from this company, the company scheduled a technician who inspected washer and provided me with a bill of $140 and an invoice with labor cost of $315 for labor plus parts. I have now attained the parts directly from GE and Meilin is refusing to have a technician come to my house unless I pay an additional $88, half of the remaining repair fee since the $140 paid was towards the repair fee. I don't feel this is acceptable since I already paid the $140 on the first visit. Please avoid the headache and go with another company.
- BJBryson JohnDec 29, 20251.0Charged me 350 bucks to fix my Maytag 3000 Dryer today. Dryer error code indicates that it's a thermistor issue. Technician charged me for a belt kit or something ("it's just this plastic piece but we just sell the kit to replace everything else too because it will eventually break"). Anyway Zip left and the dryer does not work, mission not accomplished. I'm just going to go spend an extra couple hundred at BestBuy tomorrow and buy a new one and be done with it.

We got assistance with dryer information from Eric, who was very knowledgeable. He gave us a breakdown of what our options were and cost, and Hayden assisted us with replacing our faucet sink in the kitchen was also very knowledgeable and prompt and getting everything fixed answered all our question and got us up and running in a timely manner. Hopefully, we don’t need them anytime soon but now that we have a membership we have a piece of mind that we can call them if needed! Thank you

Customer service to set up appointment was super easy and wonderful. Our technician Eric was awesome. Explained everything about the repairs to our washer and dryer, set up quick follow up appointment after ordering parts, and great professional service, all right before Christmas so we could do our laundry!!
