I called kern door and they answered many of my questions and we're patient with me. I went with the Windsor 9600 and what a difference from my old. I feel like I have the Cadillac of garage doors now. The extra insulation is definitely worth it. And it opperates much quieter. Bryan was my installer and he was great. Got it done in just a few hours. Very happy with customer service and price was cheaper than others. Thank you.
