By far the worst experience we’ve had!!!! Our new state of the art system the Daiken has been a nightmare not even a week in with the new system and it damn near destroyed our home, water from units where not properly draining and soaked our attic and caused our ceiling to collapse at 2 am. On top of that we have two units and not even a week into our brand new system the downstairs unit already went out and we keep getting the run around on when it will be fixed. apparently the part that has been ordered but no one knows the status of it. We were told this was also the quietest system and it almost sounds like a swamp cooler. No one is on the same page I’ve called the office and asked for the manager and the sales person and never got a call back from neither one. I’ve asked if manager, sales person and main service guy Robert can come all together so they can all see the issues and know what was said so that everyone is on the same page and that has yet to happen. Was told by Isiah when he came to bring warranty papers yesterday morning that we would hear about the part by the end of the day or first thing this morning and nothing!! He gave us his word even if he had to drive down to the parts store himself to find out, well we have yet to hear from him. Contacted them today again to get an update and it seems no one knows what’s going on. We just keep getting the same response, according to them this has never happened and rest assured it will get fixed. We’re going into thanksgiving week so I highly doubt our issues will be resolved. We felt confident going them due to their rating and reviews unfortunately our experience has been far from good would this place negative stars if that was an option.

Great customer service all around from the person I booked the appointment with to the technician they sent out . Angel was sent out and told me what was going on with our heater right away, he was very professional and didn’t try to sell me anything extra or use scare tactics to make me purchase other unnecessary stuff like other companies have done to me in the past. Iv been using the same company for years and just switched this week to Holders and I will be staying with this one!

Estimate to change out existing home FAU and CU to more efficient equipment was competitive. Sales staff was knowledgeable and explained how the project was to proceed. Installation crew was knowledgeable, clean, organized, and craftsmanship was above par. Final account reckoning after completion went as expected. I would without reservation highly recommend Holders HVAC.

Holders was easy to deal with in scheduling, and follow up. The only problem I had was, I thought the price was a little high. After they explained to me, the overhead travel cost and insurance made me feel a little bit better, but it was still steep.
