  10$ items selling for 100$ is a crazy uncharge then charging for a diagnostic when they already know the issue before arriving and 700$/hr to change the 10$ part they charged me 100$ for. All terribly manipulative.

  I hired Holder’s for duct replacement. While the system ultimately passed HERS testing and the city finalized the permit, the process was far more difficult than it should have been. The permit was not initially pulled, and HERS testing only moved forward after I insisted on it. As a homeowner hiring a licensed HVAC company, I should not have to push for required permits, energy verification, or basic compliance. There were also installation issues. The crew initially did not replace the duct boots, even though they were in poor condition. I had to point it out, and they later acknowledged it was a mistake. They had to return hours later to correct the work and replace the boots properly. Although the project was eventually approved, it required significant follow-up and oversight on my part. That experience alone is why I would not use this company again.

  The service I had today, was priced through the monthly fee that is set up through my bank account . The tech Jorge …was very nice and really cleaned up my heater closet he tested and ran the unit. Much appreciated, he didn’t seem bothered by my dog…who was happy we had company. Very happy with the service & explanation as to the resolve, happy my heater is in decent shape. Thank you LP

  AJ is always thorough, timely and professional . He’s has been to my home twice trying get my brand new heater working properly which they did not put in. I highly recommend Holders excellent customer service and trustworthy company .

  I had a great experience with our heater maintenance, especially thanks to Rene. He was on time, professional, and very respectful of our home—clearly taking care with our belongings and the space he was working in. Rene explained a product and options that could be beneficial for our system, but didn’t pressured me about it, which I appreciated. He also communicated clearly about when he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!
