They lost out on at least a $800-1500 sale from me for a new kitchen faucet because they didn’t think my husband and I were worth the time. One of the sales women also harassed me about wearing a facial mask after sharing I had a medical reason not to. (Several of their staff were also not wearing a mask) So if you have a medical exemption be aware you will be harassed and asked to leave violating your rights as a disabled individual. Will not go back or recommend.
