Purchased two cartridges from Ferguson but I could not get them to work so I called in a plumber, he installed the parts for $ 145 but both failed within a month. Called back same plumber company and installed brand new faucet, $85.00. So, Ferguson sold me either the wrong cartridges or defective ones. All in all , I am out near $ 300 to fix a simple cartridge failure.
