I was only inquiring about their services and she made me feel uncomfortable. I would hate to actually see their Customer Service when doing work for your home.
- KMKellie MedovitchMar 3, 20251.0Do NOT, I repeat do NOT buy from this company. If there was a way to give them negative stars, I would. We had laminate flooring and carpet installed in October and the workmanship is absolutely terrible. Flooring is already cracking and splitting apart in areas. Instead of cutting the flooring to fit properly they cut strips which don't even snap together to fill in gaps. They cut the molding around a couple doorways to high and tried to say it was like that already. The carpet in one of the rooms is cut crooked, so much that I can fit a finger in between the baseboard and carpet. I've been waiting months for issues to be fixed and money which was promised to fixed the hack job on my door frames. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and go elsewhere.

Not only did he vacuum and clean up after himself, which seems to be a trait nonexistent in today’s contractors these days, he also actually dusted the areas that were affected by the installation - to me that was more than above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciate it so much. Thank you, Walt.!
