However, labor rate for repairs seems very high compared to other licensed roofing contractors; charges worked out to more than $225/hr per laborer.

Rose Roofing fully evaluated the condition of our roof, gave us an honest recommendation, and made the repairs as promised. Their customer service (both on the phone and at the job site) was friendly and professional. We are really glad that we called them.
