    I recently used Kenneth Heating and Air for an issue with my AC unit, and I couldn't be happier with their service. My air conditioning had completely stopped working, and with the temperatures rising, I needed a fast and reliable solution. Kenneth Heating and Air responded quickly and sent a technician who was clearly an expert. He quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done in an easy-to-understand way, and had my AC unit up and running efficiently again in no time. The technician was courteous, professional, and left the work area spotless. It's such a relief to have cool air flowing again! I highly recommend Kenneth Heating and Air for any AC repairs or service – they truly deliver excellent results.

    Kenneth assessed my HVAC system and after some back and forth troubleshooting decided it was a warranty issue. He was not excited about it but committed to helping me as long as I paid for the parts and handled the warrantee reimbursement. I was totally fine with this. He never called back. Numerous messages left with his office and no call. Scheduled appointment and he had totally forgot what was going on. Scheduled another appointment and he cancelled. Asked his office to call me back multiple times, got commitment for call back but it never happened and now they will not answer my calls. I liked Kenneth when I first met him, but follow up and follow through are terrible and I would not recommend.
