He was not excited about it but committed to helping me as long as I paid for the parts and handled the warrantee reimbursement. I was totally fine with this. He never called back. Numerous messages left with his office and no call. Scheduled appointment and he had totally forgot what was going on. Scheduled another appointment and he cancelled. Asked his office to call me back multiple times, got commitment for call back but it never happened and now they will not answer my calls. I liked Kenneth when I first met him, but follow up and follow through are terrible and I would not recommend.
