- ATAlyesa Tomiska5 days ago5.0Woke up to hearing water spraying from under our crawl space. Called American Plumbing since I know the owner. Office was easy to book with. Randall came out maybe 2 hrs after I called; got right to work and completed the job in no time; I then asked for a valve repair and he hopped right on that too. I felt the price was fair, and Randall did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.
- RSRadhika SMar 10, 20261.0There are better plumbing professionals ....save yourself trouble and look elsewhere. Their work with the spigot left a dripping leak that caused water damage to my floor. First time I got an apologetic response to my ordeal is after posting the Google review. Prior to this they took no ownership and blamed it on old pipes to earthquakes! They know what happened. Leaks don't just happen at the same location and right after the repair. Maybe they will check their work now and your experience is better

American Plumbing came out the same day to get it repaired. Jordan arrived and was kind, professional, and informative. He let us know everything that needed to be fixed and was able to get it taken care of quickly so we could get our water turned back on in the house! Thank you SO much Jordan and American Plumbing! Excellent service!

American Plumbing said they would check the issue and give an estimate of repair. They did just that. It was something we forgot to do and they could have charged us but did not. We have used them in the past and always been happy with the work and the price. Thanks again American Plumbing.
