  AVP arch drafting plan designer was recommended by one of my contractors when I was already working with the other designing team he was taking so long. It was very frustrating. I’m thankful to my contractor and I’m thankful to arch drafting plan design for helping me speed up and also correct the other people‘s mistakes this is only designed team. I’m playing to use my future.

  This is our first Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), and I initially felt confused and anxious about collaborating with architects. A builder recommended Arthur to handle the design and permit plans for our 950 square foot ADU in Roseville, CA. After reviewing several designers, we concluded that Arthur was the most honest and the best match for our needs. He was consistently transparent and had extensive experience working with the city on revisions. We held multiple Zoom meetings to discuss the project, and we greatly valued his expertise and knowledge. Arthur was always available to answer any questions during construction and even assisted with resubmitting the solar application. Great job, Arthur! We are currently looking for vacant land to build a duplex, and you will be the designer for that project.

  It is always a pleasure to work with Arthur. He’s a skilled individual that takes close attention to detail. Due to his experience, he is able to revert quickly on cycle revisions to help get plans approved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend working with Arthur.

  Hands down, Arthur is the real deal! Not only did he make our project happen, he made it fun.
