    Tech Dorsch diagnosed our a/c unit. Then showed & let us know what was going on. Necessary step to get us up and running. Along with information to help lengthen the time for our equipment to operate & with more efficiency! We appreciated his knowledge, honesty and clarity. He should be seen as an asset!     John was an absolute professional. He analyzed the situation and looked for what might be underlying causes Then researched all the possibilities and got to the root cause. He is very detailed oriented and explained all that he was doing each step of the way along with recommendations for a long-term fix. I would recommend him highly.

    Carlos and the crew did an amazing job! They were professional, courteous, and represented your company in the most awesome way! They were diligent in their work, checking with the household as to their particular needs for each room regarding air direction, and flow. They worked for some 11 hours, and it was a hot day. They cleaned the areas when the job was completed. We would recommend Sonshine to anyone asking about the work that was done!!!!

    Temps hitting high 90's and at 4pm, our AC fan stops spinning. I called Veteran Air at 9am and they had someone out the same day (it was just a few hours). Not only someone, but Kirk. Kirk was FANTASTIC! Our unit is 20 years old, we have never really had regular maintenance on it. He showed up super early (they asked if that was okay, and YES thank you). Before he arrived they sent a text with his name and photo. I absolutely love this! That extra safety is so important. Kirk looked at our unit and asked some questions. He explained all they do with the "family plan" so we signed up. I am one of those that needs to be reminded of scheduled upkeep so this is perfect. He gave us the estimate before he started and I asked for a very rough estimate of a new unit (having no idea) so we decided to go with repair and hope for the best. I think we did have the best with Kirk. He was able to repair our unit and give it some much needed TLC for our AC unit and furnace. He even installed our pre-purchased thermostat! Kirk was polite and considerate. He took time to answer all of our questions and ensured us that we could reach out with any questions, I believe him. Service people can often be rushed, there is a lot of work out there, but not Kirk. He didn't waste time either, I felt like he was in and out in no time at all. By the time he left we understood all that was done and what we need to do to get some additional service from our current unit. I could not be happier with the call I made this morning. I picked the right people to call!

    Excellent repair service provided. A/C stopped working at 4:45 pm. Thermostat went black. 90 degree temperatures expected over the next several days so A/C was critical. Called Dial One Sunshine for service at 4:57 pm and they picked up and scheduled technician Matthew Gilligan to immediately come out after normal working hours for an emergency repair. Matthew arrived in just one hour, at 6:00 pm. He diagnosed the problem right away as a clogged drain line, which activated a safety switch that shut the system down. After some effort, he was able to clear the line, make some valve and piping modifications to avoid future problems, and restored the system to service. Matthew was efficient, knowledgeable, careful, effective, and friendly. It was an amazing service experience.
