  Quickly got a callback from Fred after I saved a quote on their website. I wasn't planning on going with Tuff Shed after the quote was made because I couldn't get a sense of when the install could happen, and time was important to me. But Fred contacted me within 24 hours and talked me through the process, concerns, and let me know they had availability that week. Shared pictures, talked through complexities, and made me feel comfortable in getting the shed from Tuff Shed. This was great to hear and won me over. Looking forward to my new shed. Thanks Fred!

  Good, positive experience all around. Fred helped us out with the sale and gave valuable input regarding some of the options we had chosen (door placement, windows, etc.) to help maximize storage space. The installers also did an excellent job. Raymond and Angel are a father & son team who put the shed together in one day. The fitment and finish on the shed is tight and clean and I really couldn't be happier with the result.

  We visited the Tuff Shed store in Anaheim for the first time today. We have some idea of what we would like, but have a challenging physical setup at our home. Fred who was on duty in the store could not have been more helpful. From explaining the permitting rules, to letting us know about the relevant building code in our city, to sharing suggestions on how to best maximize our space and setup, he was awesome! He also walked us through different options on size, features that would make sense, and features that wouldn't make sense for our particular need and scenario. If you are thinking about putting in a shed I would highly recommend at least visiting Tuff Shred in Anaheim.

  Fred Tubbs is amazing! I truly can say, he was worth the wait, as he worked alone on a Sunday and customers continued to walk in and wait for assistance. He was reassuring, followed up while we waited and when it was our turn, he showed he is very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough patient and answered all our questions. Thank you, Fred, for your customer service and making us feel like a valued customer.
