  Hello, We are first time Tuff Shed customers, and excited for the build and install next week , as this will be my new home office. Meeting and working with Fred Tubbs at the Anaheim facility has been amazing. He has been extremely outgoing, educating about the process and available options in picking the best sheds for our property and needs. He makes you feel comfortable and confident that what he's telling you and ultimately what you are purchasing is right for what your needs are. Fred's communication has been excellent throughout this process and I will recommend him to anyone that is interested in purchasing a Tuff Shed and wants to feel like they are a priority and not being taken advantage of.   Ordering the “just right” shed for my needs was easy. If you are using the online design feature, pay attention to the online question about wanting a “wrap” as you don’t want this if you live in a climate like mine, So Cal. The installation was amazing. Jesus and his partner were swift, organized, professional and detailed. I was impressed at how their last minutes were spent giving the entire shed an additional coat of paint. Our 10’x8’ shed was done in under 4.5 hours.

  If I could give 100 stars, I would. My experience with Tough Shed was outstanding from start to finish, and Fred Tubbs deserves major recognition. Fred is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and respectful—and he made the entire buying process easy. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to use the shed for, answered every question (with patience!), and addressed every concern I had. What impressed me most was how much he looked out for me as the customer. There were a few upgrades I was convinced I wanted, and Fred took the time to walk me through them and explain why they weren’t actually the best fit for what I needed. He helped me choose the options that made the most sense for my use, my setup, and the best outcome for me—not just a bigger sale. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare. Fred also followed up after I put my down payment down, and after installation he checked in again and answered additional questions. I truly feel like if I have any questions down the road, he’ll be available and helpful. And if there ever were an issue (which I doubt), I’m confident it would be taken care of. Also, huge shout-out to the installers, Fernando and Omar—they were fantastic. They were conscientious about placement, understood a couple potential issues with where I wanted the shed installed, and did some problem-solving on the spot to create a quick workaround. The installation looks beautiful, and they did a great job. I’m genuinely so happy with the shed and the entire customer experience. Highly recommend Tough Shed—and ask for Fred Tubbs.

  Great experience with Tuff Shed & Brandon Rasch. He made the process quick & seamless. Brandon reached out to me right away after I filled out their "contact us" form on their website. We scheduled a time for us to come in and see the show room & our shed was delivered within the next week. I recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking for a good quality outdoor space like the premiere studio. Reach out to Brandon...super nice and helpful guy.
