He had great suggestions throughout the sales process to guide me in the right direction for what I was looking to do. We are considering doing one more shed at our place and I will definitely be reaching back out to him for my project when are ready.

- RYRoger YJan 1, 20265.0Process was great. 5 star for Brandon Rasch. He contacted me via email after I inquired about getting a shed. He walked me through the process and my many questions and got me what I needed. Also found out I was eligible for a 0% interest rate for a year which was awesome. Thank You Brandon for all your help. The install went smoothly also. I paid the extra $500 for tear down and removal of my old shed which was totally worth it!!! Tear down and install took about 3 hours. 4 stars for the construction of the shed. You can tell the shed is quickly pre-assembled at the shop. A lot of the nails come through the siding and are not into the studs, also some of the door hinge screws are not in the door frame . Otherwise it's a solid shed. I love the large door and nice hardware. I put a snap together floor to protect the factory flooring.
- OOoldvedub1Dec 17, 20255.0I was looking for a shed for the backyard and shopping different companies. I chose Tuff Shed for the convenience, reputation and for the build options available. I initially reached out to them via their website and shortly after was contacted by Anaheim Tuff Shed team member Brandon Rasch. Brandon asked exactly what I wanted in a shed. I told him I had limited space and wasn't sure of a few things. He asked if he could stop by and measure the area to see what would work. He stopped by on his way home, measured, handed me some information and told me to take my time deciding and email or call him with any questions. I appreciated that there was no-pressure. The next day, I emailed him with our choice and within a few days, our new awesome shed was in place. It was that quick. The build team did a good job and were very friendly. It was a very easy process and Brandon made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He even followed up after the installation to make sure all was as expected. It was better than expected. The shed fit perfectly, looks great, is very sturdy and should last a long time. Well done by everyone and all is much appreciated.
