  I had to utilize Dymek Plumbing a second time as I noticed a new leak in another location within my home. The origin of this leak was a severally and lengthy crack in a section of cast iron pipe that required opening a section of ceiling in my garage. I felt fortunate that I could contact Dymek and request Eddie Castro and Kevin once again. They continued to demonstrate their expertise by explaining to me what they determined was the problem and what it would take to repair it and that they could complete today. It was a logical decision to have it done right away. Both Eddie and Kevin know what to do and are the utmost professionals.   We had a plumbing emergency (our bathtub/shower drain totally backed up and we couldn't unclog ourselves) over the weekend at our home in Fullerton and needed someone to come clear the drain same-day. I called and was scheduled for an afternoon time slot and informed of the after-hours weekend cost for the service. Once I was scheduled, they told me I could expect a call from the technician when he was on his way. Fast forward to my time slot, I got a call from Nathan to let me know he was about 15min away. He showed up right on time with another tech (I believe his name was Tyler) and they were both very friendly and got right to work diagnosing the problem. I told them I was trying to have my home warranty reimburse me for the cost and they were very patient while I was on the phone. They worked together to get the drain unclogged, which turned out to be a much more complex issue than originally thought. We learned that the drain in my house is not the standard tub/shower drain, possibly just because it's an older home built in the 50s or maybe someone DIY'd before us. Despite this, Nathan & Tyler worked to figure it out and they did get the drain unclogged! They were communicative, respectful, and friendly the whole time, and we were very grateful for their help. I'll definitely keep DFP in mind for any future plumbing needs we may have, and recommend them to others who are looking for licensed, professional, timely, reliable, and friendly services!

  Dymek's Freedom Plumbing did an excellent job of fixing a serious water leak that affected our front lawn and driveway areas. It was a complex problem to solve, but Ron's crew, together with Ron's subcontractors, did a masterful job. And Ron was personally on-site several times to ensure the job was expertly done. I highly recommend Dymek's Freedom Plumbing.
