Water was running for about 45 minutes already when the technician arrived. So I was just happy to see him. I found out his name is Robert Wiseneskie. While talking to him, I got the impression that he is very professional and knows his job. He explained to me throughly why the problem occurred and how he's going to fix it. He seem very nice and kind too. He finished the job in no time. Overall I'm very satisfied with his work. I gave his name and number to my sister just in case she'll need a plumber in the future. To be honest I was talking to three different plumbing (almost at the same time) company but decided to choose yours because the gentleman (i think his name is Steve) who took my calls are patient and understanding (I have a heavy accent). I think I called every 5 minutes to asked what time is the technician coming. I'm just happy that I chose your company. Beside the excellent service provided, your company has very reasonable price too. The shower is running good now. Again thank you Robert Wiseneskie
