  Your web page stated “provide common courtesy, respect, quality work and professionalism” and your team provided me all these qualities. From the first call to the end of the project (and it was a major project) the office personnel and the entire repair crew were fantastic. I was kept informed throughout the project, with the what and why something was being done by showing me and/or with pictures. They calmed my anxiety from the initial visit. I have dealt with many plumbing companies and I can honestly say you have the “cream of the crop”!

  Todd Representing Barker & Sons Provided Outstanding Customer Service ! Todd has provided excellent product knowledge & explained entire repair process & educated me regarding my gas line that was leakingt explaining the expence really went above & beyond so that l fully understood the repair to be dine.Todd also showed me where the water shut off is on my home & how to tell if a gas line ess on or off. Very Thankful for Barker & Sons Plumming for Sending a knowledagble capable Man of lntegrity Todd's expertise & friendly easy going good character. Job Well Done !

  Jonathan and Garrett were not only professionally courteous, but they also knew exactly what they were doing. They did excellent work installing a new tankless water heater. I’d be happy to recommend them. UPDATE: J&G returned to troubleshoot an issue that arose post heater installation—they spent a lot of time digging in on a tough issue, all with a great attitude and considered it part of the original installation. I’m extremely pleased with the service levels of this company and their desire to make the customer satisfied! Highly recommend!!

  Josh did a great job fixing the problem of two drains that did not work. Josh quickly diagnosed and fixed the “week long problem” of not being able to use my master bathroom. The Price was reasonable and Josh has GREAT customer relations skills! He explained the problem, solved the problem, and after it was fixed, it made me realize how annoying my workaround was. My workaround was to go up and down my stairs every time I needed to use the facilities! Thank you, Josh and thank you, Barker and Sons for quick and effective service! Also honorable mention to “Craig“ who brought the camera along which enabled me to view the inside of my plumbing. And “Craig” also reviewed additional plumbing services available for some future time, if the problem should persist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR!!

  Nice surprise!! We received a call from Barker and Sons that they could send a technician out to look at our issue this morning (Sunday on a Holiday Weekend) and it would not be considered an "emergency" call. We didn't expect a call until Monday to set up an apppt. Alex from Barker and Sons arrived and looked at our issue. He was polite and honest in his feedback. We appreciate that Barker and Sons sent out a Tech on a Holiday Weekend and didn't treat it as an emergency because it was not. Very happy with their service. We were happy with their previous work. The quote we received for the work that wasn't needed at this time was less than the previous plumber that came by on Friday. We will be calling Barker and Sons in the future! The work was to look at a Water Heater Ball Valve that we were told was rusted out and needed immediate replacement. Reasonable price....less than previous estimate. There was no charge for the visit.
