  Upgrading my home with a new AC, furnace, and ducting was a big decision, and I wanted to make sure I chose the right company with the right equipment. After speaking with several installers, I found Nick at Albert Air. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to make a decision. He even followed up with a YouTube video showing installations similar to mine, which helped me feel confident in moving forward. After reading the many positive reviews, I decided to go with Albert Air—and I’m so glad I did. Their team arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. They completed the installation exactly as requested and even went above and beyond with several extra touches. Albert Air offered competitive pricing, a great warranty, excellent service, and top-of-the-line Carrier equipment. I would wholeheartedly recommend giving them a chance to provide a quote—you won’t be disappointed.

  This is my third major service with Albert Air. I've purchased new central air, new ductwork, a new furnace, a ductless split unit, and now a furnace move from a closet to the attic. They also perform my regular maintenance. Prior to working with them I looked into the biggies in the area, but the pricing was too much and I felt like it was just a sales pitch, not personal. This is a smaller, family-owned business that deserves to be recognized. They are superb! Great prices for the service (middle range), polite, respectful, clean, communicative, I could go on and on. I only wish I had more work for them to complete.

  Managed all of the pieces from required surveys to installation to permitting. Communication was comprehensive and efficient. All questions were answered before, during and after installation. Team members were professional, organized, efficient, and tidy.

  We consider Albert Air to be an A+ company! Nick, the owner, explained the various Carrier air conditioning & heater options completely saying he could install the system we chose in one day. Nick arrived on time at 8AM with his install team who have worked for the company for years. They worked all day and completed the job by 4PM. After the system was competed and checked, Nick patiently showed us how to use our new thermostat, not leaving until we felt comfortable operating it. What a difference! We hadn't realized how inefficient and loud our old system was. We are extremely happy we chose Albert Air and have no hesitations giving them a five star recommendation. Richard & Carol A.

  I needed a 1-ton mini split system replaced and the installation went smoothly without any issues. Would highly recommend & would definitely consider using for future mechanical system installation or maintenance.
