  I was amazed that I could get online and schedule a plumber for next day! Chris/Chris team came out as scheduled and on time! Both guys were super professional and knowledgeable. They installed an auto water main shut off for me and in the process discovered another problem I didnt know I had. They explained everything in detail and performed quality work. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for my next issue.

  They will nickle and dime you without telling you the full price. They are too big of a company to care. Find a local plumber and build a relationship with them, these guys will charge for everything and not even find the problem. Do not use them for leak inspection

  I had a very great experience with this plumbing company, Nathan was very knowledgeable and Was able to explain to me the problem, even though I know absolutely nothing about Plumbing, I was still able to understand the issue when they ran the diagnostic. I will be recommending my family and friends to this plumbing company moving forward.

  I have never had an experience with a plumber or any other contractor like I did with Riley. He was punctual, kind, professional, thorough, skilled and patient. I called for one repair and after meeting Riley and Aaron whom was working aside him, I was comfortable enough to inquire about bigger plumbing issues that I had put off for years. I was the one doing the upselling...I knew that after the first job that I trusted Riley to return to my home and complete other plumbing work in which he did a few days later. He is truly an anomaly in the business. I also appreciated observing his patience while showing Aaron ( who was also incredible!) the ropes. This company really embodies their motto, "Old-Fashioned Values Using Today's Technology." I felt every bit of this motto and will be a repeated customer as long as Riley is there.

  Chris and Albert provided outstanding service in a difficult situation. We were on vacation out of state and our daughter was housesitting for us. Our tankless water heater failed and required several visits (only charged for the 1st) to determine the issue. In the meantime, Chris and Albert set us up with a portable unit for about 2 weeks until I arrived home. There was no extra charge for this. The portable did the job until I could get a new circuit board for the repair. Chris tested the unit after the new circuit board was installed and all is great now. Dymek's Plumbing will work with you in difficult situations. They want to keep their customers happy and retain return business. Don't find that real often theses days. I will continue to call Dymek's when I have plumbing issues. These guys are good and your satisfaction matters to them.!
