The showroom is also organized so that you can easily see what’s available. David Marlin helped me get over the indecision that had me going crazy (because there’s so much to choose from) and choose a quartz stone I love that will go with the rest of the tile in my bathroom. He even helped me choose a paint color for the cabinet fronts from the samples I had brought with me. That kind of service is worth everything and hard to find today. Kudos to him as his boss. I left with confidence and the knowledge that I got a fantastic price.

- RNRaja NarayananJan 26, 20261.0We rebuilt our entire kitchen using the Koville product line from Best Cheer Stone. Parts of the doors came with several defects (chips, scratches etc). The most important being the white color on a solid door and glass door not matching. We even did a spectrometer analysis to prove it. Several attempts were made to rectify by involving Kathy Xu (head of unit) and Jason Li (manager of cabinets). The business has refused to replace the entire set of doors, nor are they willing to mark down the price for us to then find a different solution. They offered to replace some doors but with similar problems. At this point we will take further steps and also send a copy to the global CEO of Best Cheer Group who resides outside the country. Consumers need to protected against such sub standard products pushed to customers and then simply stone walling/refusing to engage.

What’s the difference between natural stone and quartz?
Natural stone, including granite, marble and quartzite, is naturally occurring from the earth and quartz is created and engineered by people. Each material has different properties from maintenance and hardness so we recommend speaking to the professional working on your project on what is best suited for your lifestyle.
How long does my contractor have to pay for my material?
Material must be paid within five calendar days of placing it on hold to avoid it returning to general stock systematically. Once material is paid, BCS can hold the material for up to 15 days before it gets returned to general stock and payment is credited to the professional’s BCS account.
Is it safe to go into the warehouse?
BCS prides itself on maintaining the highest OSHA safety requirements for all staff and customers. For all customers, we do require company-provided safety hard hats while in the warehouse. Please be aware that NO CHILDREN OR PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE WAREHOUSE for safety reasons. Please make proper accommodations prior to your visit.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not have a referral program
How do I get prices?
Since BCS is strictly a wholesale distributer, the professional you are working with is responsible for providing you with all your pricing. We understand this can be frustrating after having been able to visit the showroom and select your material, but we only offer these services as a way to help you visualize and select the material going directly into your home.
Can I pay and pick up my own material?
Unfortunately, no. Handling stone and cabinets can be a complex procedure and BCS wants you to receive the highest quality of products and sometimes that means leaving it to the experts.
