  We recently had a gas leak detected, which was a very stressful situation for our household. Thankfully, our technician Orlando provided truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Orlando took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt safe and informed. His calm and reassuring demeanor really helped ease our worries during such a tense situation. It was clear that he genuinely cared about doing his job well and making sure we were taken care of. We are very grateful for his excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need. Orlando went above and beyond, and his support made a difficult experience much more manageable.

  I am truly impressed with Barker and Sons, from my initial phone call to the installation of a new main water line, and the clean up. Everyone was caring and professional and I was kept up-to-date with the scheduling and progress throughout the job. Todd was thorough when assessing the water leak and suggested different options to address the problem. He was knowledgeable and honest and made sure I understood the scope of the work and the labor involved. Davis and Pedro, who assisted Todd, were efficient, as well. They worked tirelessly for the 8+ hours they were here. I highly recommend Barker and Sons.

  Barker and Sons provided excellent service from start to finish. Their customer service was very responsive, dedicated, and quick to help, even in an emergency. The technicians arrived quickly, were professional, knowledgeable, and worked responsibly to resolve the issue. What I appreciated most was how clearly they explained everything in detail, including the possible cause of the problem and the best way to fix it. They made me feel confident in the work they completed and left me with peace of mind that the issue was handled properly and should not come back anytime soon. I also highly recommend their water pressure cleaning service. In my experience, it is much better than basic snake cleaning, which can leave buildup behind and cause the problem to happen again later. Overall, I am very happy with this company and would definitely recommend Barker and Sons to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable plumbing service.

  In our case it was a need for an emergency services, and we got fast, professional and highly efficient response. According to Google the Company has an "A+" rating with BBB, and I think they fully deserve it. A leak from the ceiling appeared shortly before 4 PM. It took less than 3 hours for Corey M. to reach our home, diagnose the problem, locate the leak inside the wall (actually, in the between the stores space), cut out the defective part of the main cupper pipe, solder a replacement, and clean all around. And in-between he has provided us with a lot of information and advise. Very friendly, very professional. It was impressive, and I will surely recommend to call Barker and Sons Plumbing & Rooter with plumbing problems. BTW, the Company does NOT charge upfront - the technician arrived, performed initial (noninvasive) diagnostics and provided us with a quote prior to making the first cut on our wall. I like this very much!
