  Lam Tran has been here before & always does an excellent job. He is very knowledgable. He explains everything . He lets you decide how much work you want done. Gives you total price. You can decide which tasks you want done now or later. He’s friendly and very polite. We prefer him to come every visit as he knows our units.

  Outstanding job Associated Heating and Air. Carlos presented our options concisely and honestly and then after deciding on what system to install Associated was able to schedule install a quick two days later. Both Leo and Juan performed the install and were professional and meticulous. Overall great job everyone. Much appreciated

  Matt Meadows was knowledgeable and explained everything , answered my questions and made reasonable recommendations on protecting a 25 yr old system . Assoc Heating & Air is a strong recommendation for anyone.

  We had an excellent experience with Associated Heating & Air from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and Leslie was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the entire process so we felt comfortable with everything. After signing the contract, the installation was scheduled just a few days later, and the actual install only took one day. The installers were friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home. A couple of weeks later, they even came back to meet the city inspector, and everything was signed off. Overall, the entire process was smooth, fast, and professional. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Associated Heating & Air.

  I didn’t really care for the technician that went. His name is Victor Salazar. The issue with my service request was more maintenance related from what he poorly explained. He came off condescending and argumentative while explaining the process and stated that I should know about the regular maintenance that’s required. Well, I didn’t know because It wasn’t mentioned before. I don’t recall being offered a membership for regular maintenance from them. He said if I had the membership it would be cheaper and I asked if I could join the membership so I could save money and he said no. It felt like they’re just trying to charge as much as possible, not really considering the customer. I told him to do the service, even though it felt extremely overpriced because I wanted the AC unit to work as it has been 90°+ and didn’t want to wait longer. I was disappointed with the customer service and would look elsewhere if you’re not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for service.
