I think it was shipping to them from Virginia (?) unfortunately it was shipped incomplete and the guys at Albany store agreed once they saw they rcvd 1 box 15+ sf instead of 191+ sf. They were really bummed too & said they’d do all they could to help remedy things. Great team, not their fault at all. So glad they agreed they would talk to the “800 #” LL flooring that shipped it wrong when they call. I have used this company many times for renovating my rentals, I always like working with them. I hope the main warehouse in Virginia finds the rest of my order and it comes. It looks really nice and was a great price.
