  Igloo was extremely patient and helpful to me in the frustrating situation of having a fairly new HVAC unit die during a great wave. I really appreciate that they went the extra mile!

  Igloo air conditioning was really good. I was skeptical because I am always not sure how service companies will be. But Milad was awesome! He was responsible, responsive, punctual, thorough and was just a super chill guy. I will now use him for all my HVAC needs. He was also very reasonably priced (which in this economy) is a steal AND he doesn't try to upsell you one million things. He really cares about good customer service and making relational connections which is KEY to having return customers! Thank you Milad and I'm hoping I won't have HVAC issues to call you again with but if I do, I know who to call!

  Milad was very responsive, courteous, and professional. I called him and he was at my house within an hour. My heater was not working and he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. Turns out I needed a new gas valve. He returned to my house in less than an hour with a new valve and quickly replaced it. All for a very fair price! Highly recommend Milad at Igloo Air Conditioning!

  The response to our inquiry was prompt, and their pricing is quite fair. We experienced an issue with our heater, but Milad promptly identified the problem and resolved it. I highly recommend their services.
