  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Milad on my last four projects, and I can confidently say he has been an absolute game-changer. From the very first meeting, he took the time to truly understand my vision, goals, and expectations, and then thoughtfully translated them into designs that exceeded what I imagined. What truly sets him apart is his attention to detail and his ability to guide you through every step of the process. Architecture and design can feel overwhelming, but he consistently held my hand from start to finish—explaining each phase clearly, addressing every question with patience, and making sure no detail was overlooked. His step-by-step approach gave me complete confidence in the process and allowed decisions to feel intentional rather than rushed. He has an incredible talent for turning ideas into reality.   I had an extremely disappointing experience with M&N Home design architectural firm, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I had a terrible experience with this architectural firm, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before working with them. From the beginning, things felt off. One of the main people involved in my project, Nooshin, claimed to be an architect, but to my knowledge, she isn’t even licensed. I don’t understand how she’s legally allowed to practice. Her lack of qualifications showed in the poor quality of the designs and her inability to handle basic aspects of the project professionally. To make matters worse, the structural engineer, Milad, was extremely rude and dismissive. He made it very clear he didn’t care about the client’s input, and every interaction with him felt like I was being a burden rather than a paying customer. Another huge red flag: every time I visited the office, there was a new employee working there. The staff turnover is shocking, and it’s hard not to believe the rumors that they’re abusing or mistreating their employees. The environment felt unstable and disorganized, which directly affected the progress and quality of my project. Communication was terrible, deadlines were missed, and I felt like I was the only one trying to push the project forward. Unprofessional, unqualified, and unethical — I completely regret hiring them. Avoid this company at all costs.
