  I had an extremely disappointing experience with M&N Home design architectural firm, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I had a terrible experience with this architectural firm, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before working with them. From the beginning, things felt off. One of the main people involved in my project, Nooshin, claimed to be an architect, but to my knowledge, she isn’t even licensed. I don’t understand how she’s legally allowed to practice. Her lack of qualifications showed in the poor quality of the designs and her inability to handle basic aspects of the project professionally. To make matters worse, the structural engineer, Milad, was extremely rude and dismissive. He made it very clear he didn’t care about the client’s input, and every interaction with him felt like I was being a burden rather than a paying customer. Another huge red flag: every time I visited the office, there was a new employee working there. The staff turnover is shocking, and it’s hard not to believe the rumors that they’re abusing or mistreating their employees. The environment felt unstable and disorganized, which directly affected the progress and quality of my project. Communication was terrible, deadlines were missed, and I felt like I was the only one trying to push the project forward. Unprofessional, unqualified, and unethical — I completely regret hiring them. Avoid this company at all costs.

  Our architect hired M&N Home Design to handle the structural engineering for our home remodel, and it was a decision we deeply regret. Milad Kazemi, the engineer on record, failed to include essential structural elements in the plans, including a support beam and concrete pads for a vaulted ceiling. These omissions were only discovered after construction had begun, causing unnecessary stress, delays, and additional costs. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. While Milad acknowledged the mistakes, he tried to deflect blame onto the contractor, suggesting they should have caught these glaring issues during their review. His lack of thoroughness and commitment to ensuring the project was done right speaks volumes about the quality of work. We expected professionalism and competence, but what we got was carelessness and excuses. I would never recommend them due to the oversight and lack of accountability.

  We partnered with M&N Home Design on a major residential construction project. Their team led design, engineering and planning approval. They are a professional team and our construction crew has positive feedback about the plans they produced. M&N was responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. We strongly recommend their services.
