  The response to our inquiry was prompt, and their pricing is quite fair. We experienced an issue with our heater, but Milad promptly identified the problem and resolved it. I highly recommend their services.

  Did a really bad job. I got overcharged $2000 for a really bad quality permitted repair that took over a month and a half and three failed inspections. He is the professional, yet I as a random homeowner had to do all the inspections and I didn’t understand anything. Didn’t give me all the stuff I need for inspections, communication took forever and needed several reminders just to give me the basic things I needed for inspections (to which I didn’t get them). Almost got fined from the city because of his work on top of that. Bad quality, bad communication, slow, wasted my time (my work vacation days), wasted my money, just not a good experience at all. I recommend someone else.

  Milad replaced our old Nest thermostat with the latest model. His company charged considerably less than the competition. After installation he helped set up the device. I will definitely use Igloo in the future. Thanks

  All I have to say is that Milad from Igloo is one of a kind. Honest, quick, friendly service. Never felt that I was getting scammed or being overcharged for anything. I could just feel that Milad is an honest AC guy. Our AC was not blowing cold air. He said it could be compressor or capacitor. If it is capacitor, then no need to replace compressor. It turned out to be capacitor which saved me thousands of dollar on a new compressor. Milad was very upfront with me, which I greatly appreciate. Will be using Milad from now on!
