  We just finished my basement development with Nuvo, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The team at Nuvo was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We received a few quotes, and while the pricing was very similar, what really made Nuvo stand out was their longer warranty, flexible financing options, and the quality of work we had seen through their Facebook posts. Throughout the project, we received daily progress reports, a detailed schedule outlining every step of the process, and excellent communication from Dustin, who was absolutely amazing to work with. Every trade arrived on time, and we always felt confident that our project was in good hands because of Nuvo's dedication to customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend Nuvo to anyone looking to finish their basement. They exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the final result!

  We had an excellent experience with Nuvo Construction on our basement project. From start to finish, their team was incredibly communicative, keeping us informed at every stage and always taking the time to answer our questions. It was so awesome to see real-time schedules and detailed project details- right to who would be working each day! Their responsiveness really stood out—any time we reached out, we received prompt, helpful replies, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. What impressed us most was our site manager, Kirk, and his attention to detail and the care he and his team puts into their work. He truly listened to our needs and preferences, and made sure every aspect of the project reflected what we had envisioned. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it’s clear NUVO takes pride in delivering high-quality results. The team were also very organized and efficient, completing the work in a timely manner without cutting corners or rushing through just to complete a checklist. We felt at ease having Kirk around and his smiling and positive demeanor would always calm our nerves 😁 All the crew that worked on our basement were respectful, professional, and kept the space clean and tidy throughout the project, which we really appreciated. Overall, Nuvo Construction exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a team that is reliable, skilled, and genuinely cares about their clients, we would highly recommend them.   We’re so glad we chose Nuvo for our basement project! From day one, the experience was fantastic. Aya and the team kicked things off with an inspiring vision board, and Pardeep made sure our initial city inspection went smoothly even patiently waiting in her truck for the inspectors. We really appreciated the detailed Kanban board and the clear day-by-day schedules it made everything easy to follow and stress-free. Kirk, our Site Manager, was amazing throughout. He was quick to respond, always helpful, and incredibly respectful of our time. He answered all our questions (even the silly ones!) with patience and care. All the contractors were also wonderful professional, respectful, and mindful of our space. The entire journey was smooth and enjoyable, and the end result is more than we could have hoped for. We now have a beautiful basement that’s become our new cozy haven. Thank you, Nuvo, for bringing our vision to life! We’d happily work with your team again in the future.

  We have worked with Conrad and Dustin a few times now and each time they have exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, attention to details, transparency, and continued support even after the job was done.   Working with Nuvo construction has been such a great experience for us! They are very organized in making sure that all contractors are aligned with their schedule times. Easy to get a hold of if you need to get in touch with any staff or project manager, willing to fix any changes and are very thorough in the work they provide . I would highly recommend going with this company as we are very happy with our renovations!
