  After getting quotes from five different roofing companies, I chose Nomad Roofing, and I'm very glad I did. Their pricing was right in the middle of the quotes I received—not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. What set them apart were two things. First, their warranty was far superior to anything the other companies offered: a 50-year non-prorated shingle warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, both transferable. Even more impressive, the warranty is backed not only by Nomad Roofing but also by the shingle manufacturer if the roofing company is ever unable to honour it. That gave me a great deal of confidence. Second, the owner is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with an impressive depth of knowledge about every aspect of roofing, including attic ventilation and flashing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and I felt confident the job would be done properly. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and did beautiful work. The roof looks fantastic. After the installation, I noticed one small issue and contacted them. Someone came out the very next day and resolved it without any hassle. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and the customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nomad Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

  Nomad Roofing as a whole was a pleasure to deal with at every stage. Pleased and satisfied with the price quoted coupled with very easy and effective to communicate throughout. Lastly, the crew were extremely hard working and did an amazing job from start to finish. 10/10!

  Nomad Roofing did our garage roof last year. We hired them again this year to do our house roof. They did an excellent job with both roofs! Well priced and professional. I have no complaints.
