RICHIE from marvelous plumbing service was dispatched to my home for a backed-up sewer. It was a very busy day I came late Friday. He had a great attitude and made a shity situation actually quite enjoyable. I would strongly recommend calling marvelous plumbing and asking for Richie as your service guy. 9.5 stars

We had issues with our hot water tank not igniting and we had Adam & Richie come in to help get us sorted. They were both highly knowledgeable, taking the time to do courtesy checks on our furnace, plumbing, etc while explaining what was happening with our hot water tank. We were giving a few different options to fix the issue and are very satisfied with the options we chose. I was shown what the issue is, had it fixed, and was told preventative tips so we do not have a reoccurring issue. Thank you so much for your help 🙏 Would highly recommend 👍

Brad S was excellent, had him come out to investigate an air conditioner problem, and without it costing us an arm and a leg he found the problem, and taught me a few things about an electrical panel to boot Thank you Brad

As with most things now-a-days, communication is key! After calling Marvelous Plumbing & Heating to check our furnace in preparation for winter we received a service call appointment. On the expected day we got a call to say we were next on the list....followed by another call saying our technician was here. Brad came on time as scheduled to check up our furnace. He was very thorough, polite, and efficient. Brad's knowledge and ability to answer our questions put us at ease. He took the time to fill us in on each action he was doing as he was doing it. An added bonus that I especially appreciated was that he had new smoke alarms as well as carbon monoxide detectors on hand which he installed efficiently. (Our current ones that were here when we moved in were 22ish years old) So going forward we have the confidence that not only is our furnace operating as it should but we can rest knowing that the detectors are also updated. We would not hesitate to recommend Marvelous Plumbing & Heating for any future needs and kudos to Brad...thank you!
