  Excellent Service I’m very happy with the service I received for my water tank. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.   I ended up in a bit of a dilemma when I found out my dryer exhaust pipe had disconnected under the floor. After explaining my predicament to Allie at Charlton and Hill, I was set with with an appointment the next day with Jonathan, who is the technician that came out to help me. Johnathan arrived this morning on time and ready. Not only did he assess the problem, he gave me 3 options to address it. All were reasonably priced. Once i made my choice the work began immediately. Given the circumstances, Jonathan was an absolute treat to have in the house. He truly is an ambassador for the Charlton and Hill brand and I would not hesitate to recommend him any for any of your needs. I would have him back in my house in a heartbeat. Add to that, experience with the wonderful customer service team ladies who kept me informed of the timing of my appointment and everything else. I even got a huge kick out of there "hold" music. My entire experience was top-notch. Thank you so much for getting my dryer exhaust line working safely and properly. I no longer have to worry about lint buildup or in-floor fires. You are all significant players in resolving my issue and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough. Job well done👏

  Heather provided excellent, fast service repairing 2 toilets. She offered helpful suggestions for cleaning the holes under the toilet rim, which I will definitely be trying. Thank you so much for providing excellent same day service!

  Excellent service. Experienced and professional installation team. Able to adapt to and handle minor complications encountered when replacing old, outdated system with new products. Adhered to quoted prices and timelines. Left a clean work area with a neat installation. Offer "Canadian made" products. The experience and professionalism of the lead installer Stephen was a breath of fresh air! He made a complicated upgrade situation feel like a straight forward job.

  This was our second time using Charlton Hill and they have been fantastic. Excellent communication through texting and emails about when and who was coming. The team that came out both last time and this time were fantastic. Friendly, helpful & good communication. Prices were discussed and were very reasonable and accurately described. Will definitely use again next time I have any electrical issues. Thank you.
