- DDdelaney douglas5 days ago5.0Heather was so friendly so kind and so knowledgable she was able to walk me through exactly what she was doing the entire time while holding conversation will definitely be calling again with future plumbing Help.
- HPHelen PintoSep 29, 20265.0Technician Barry was on time, quick and thorough. He answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind that my furnace is ready for winter. C&H dispatch was also excellent in keeping me informed prior to Barry’s arrival. I will use this service again.
- MGMackenzie GintherSep 28, 20261.0For $49.99 a sales representative will come to your house and tell you ways to spend a needless fortune. And for triple the cost of anywhere else they will send an actual guy to come make the changes you didn’t ask for.
- VCvalerie coxSep 16, 20265.0It was exceptional, service includes keeping in touch with the client before during and after the service. I appreciated the Bio provided, as it is a reminder that the technician servicing the furnace is a person, an educated person with a life outside of the job being done. This is something only MP does and I really like that! Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and clean in his appearance. Too often trades people present at a job looking dirty and worn out. Not marvelous staff are more than take pride in representing the company and their Trade.
- MNMichelle NalderSep 10, 20261.0Unfortunately I cannot even rate 1 star. I dislike doing this. But if you want a company that does not show up, on the third day of not showing up, they call in sick ( have yet to actually start project) and then on the 4th day of not showing up, can’t seem to find our account , and really have no ideas when anyone will show up and start the job. We were quoted almost 20,000 and for that price I would have hope they’d care enough to actually service us .
